They're talking in a language that I don't understand

While searching for blog posts about how to write blog posts, I ran across the following video from Luther Seminary's (and apparently a Christ the King member, according to Dawn) Rollie Martinson.
My husband, who attends Luther, and I talked about this video and its importance while making tacos last night. The thing that struck me the most was the following quote, "They're talking in a language that I don't understand." What about church speaks to you? Do you always understand what's going here? If not, do you talk to some about it?

Thanks for listening,

Carrie

That video really spoke to me. It has addressed something that I often wondered; "How does the church help me in my day-to-day activities, especially when I need emotional/spiritual help. I need to bring these matters to the church rather than sit back and think it will come to me. I hope this makes sense. Bob

Hi Bob, Thanks for the comment; It makes perfect sense. I was enthralled by Rollie's thoughts while viewing this video. It takes a lot of guts to talk about this kind of thing in any setting, much less on an airplane to Australia with the guy sitting next to you. I hope this inspires you to continue to ask questions and prayerfully seek the answers. Thanks for listening, Carrie
