The Lord called Samuel three times that night.  Each time he thought it was the High Priest, Eli, calling him and he would go to see what Eli wanted.  Finally, Eli realized it was the Lord calling Samuel.  God calls each of us.  God calls us to faith.  God calls us to action in loving and serving others.  Are we hearing God’s call?  Are we confused and thinking someone else is calling us?  Are we listening?
