"Yoga elevates the intelligence of the body with that of the mind and unites them with the soul."(B.K.Iyengar)
Yogadevotion is a practice of breathing, movement and medita tion led by a trained yoga instructor. Classes incorporate scripture, yoga philosophy, and breath work to help us to listen to our bodies, cultivate a peaceful presence and promote healthy living. Gentle movement increases balance, builds strength and relieves stress. Whether you are just beginning to explore the benefits of yoga or an experienced yogi, you are welcome to this community! Contact Sarah Malm or call the church, 612-503-2452, to sign-up.
