Faith Formation Sundays following 8:30 a.m. worship
We all need opportunities to continue growing in our faith. On Sundays at CtK, people of every age will get the opportunity to do just that. After 8:30 a.m. worship, we offer the following Sunday faith formation options:
Sunday School Children learn about the Bible through stories, songs, and more. Ages: Three years old–Grade 5 Location: Lower Level Classrooms Register. Contact person: Deb Wolterstorff
BTDT (Bible Talk Donut Time) Youth chat about faith and the Bible over donuts. Ages: Middle and High School Location: Youth Room (Lower Level) Contact person: Steve Fischer
SALT (Sunday Adult Learning Time) Grow deeper in your faith through dialogue and deeper learning. Ages: All ages are welcome! Location: Trinity Rooms Contact person: Pastor Peter Hanson
Fellowship Catch up with friends and meet new ones over donuts and coffee. Ages: All ages are welcome! Location: Fireside Room

After thirty years of ministry, Carol Hokel has resigned from her position as Organist at Christ the King Lutheran Church. She will be bringing her work among us to a close as of Pentecost Sunday, June 4, 2017.
Celebrate Recovery is a biblical and balanced program that helps us overcome our hurts, hang-ups, and habits. It is based on the actual words of Jesus rather than psychological theory. The twelve steps and 8 principles are biblically grounded in scripture.
CtK member, Fred Bergsrud, is a volunteer with the Reading Buddies program at Bel Air Elementary School. There is a need for more volunteers with this program. Volunteers meet with students on Tuesdays from 10:00 – 11:00.
